Travel west along the A361 towards Tiverton. At the first roundabout, turn right onto the A396 (signposted Oakford, East Anstey and Knightshayes Court NT). You will pass through Bolham and Cove. Turn left at the next roundabout (The Exeter Inn is on your right)

Continue to the Black Cat and bear left over the River Exe towards South Molton, B3227. Take the second turning, a sharp left, to Oakford at High Bolham. Turn right at four crossways and we are th first house on the left hand side.
